Dream Set Internet Music is a 24/7 commercial free radio program hosted by brothers, Steve and Gene Rice.  The main focus is on Americana music mixed with familiar classics of all genres.  We have also scheduled weekly program specials in order to dig deep into specific genres and rhythms.

What is Americana Music?
Americana is music that honors and is derived from the traditions of American roots music. It is music inspired by American culture traditions which is not only represented in classic man made / roots based sounds but also through new and contemporary artists whose music is clearly inspired by these great traditions.  Americana is vast, like jazz which encompasses a wide range of music from artists like Miles Davis to Harry Connick to the Preservation Hall.  Americana’s range includes artists like Gram Parsons, Solomon Burke, The Band, Lucinda Williams, Lyle Lovett and Mavis Staples.  It encompasses a number of genres including Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Country, Rockabilly, Jazz and R&B.
